You get expert eyes on your movement, thoughtful progressions tailored to your body, and a tight-knit group of people who show up with purpose — just like you.​

PRICING AND SCHEDULE

The Deal: (Commences Aug 9th 2025)

💵$50 per class

  • Saturday Morning 8.30-9.15am or 10-10.45am

  • Paid upfront in package of 12

  • If you refer someone = 10% off your next package for you and your mate! 

  • Subject to adding more classes with demand increase

  • Once paid, invitation is provided to a WhatsApp group chat. Session attendance confirmed there and systematically recorded by me.

  • Minimum 1x/week strongly recommended for consistency & progress💡

 

Session cancellation policy applies if there is a wait list i.e. If you book into a session but pull out last minute, it isn't fair on another person who was on the waitlist for the session. 24 hr minimum notice required with exception of emergencies.
