WHY PHYSIOTHERAPY? WHY HERE?🔍

If you’ve ever been told to “just rest,” pushed through pain, or been left with a generic rehab sheet and zero follow-up — you’re not alone. And you deserve better.

At One Degree, Physiotherapy is personal, connected, and

movement-forward.

We combine expert hands-on care with functional strength rehab — so you can stop the cycle of starting over, and finally move forward with confidence.

Whether it’s a lingering shoulder, a cranky knee, or a low back that flares up when you try to train — we help you understand what’s going on, why it’s happening, and what to do next.

💡WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT?

TESTIMONIALS

Rosa is a very attentive and knowledgeable physiotherapist with a clear interest in fitness and wellbeing. I've been to half a dozen physiotherapists in the past few years and I feel like Rosa is the most approachable and down to earth. I got needling done for the first time and found some instant relief in shoulder upper back stiffness I've carried around for years.

She's also a PT who participates in fitness competitions, which means when you are given exercises to do they are very accessible and simple, not overly complicated like some 'experts' trying to get you to buy affliated overpriced products or specialist equipment. Everything she gets me to do is avaliable at my local gym.

Great to support a new business starting up. I think I've found my regular.

KEVIN, M.(ARCHITECT)

Rosa is the best!! Had the stiffest shoulders from work but left feeling great. Definitely recommend to anyone in need of a physio.

SHARON, D. (PHYSIOTHERAPIST)

Rosa is an extremely knowledgeable physiotherapist and PT. Initially I came to see her to identify why I was experiencing a lot of tightness in my upper back and to get manual therapy and needle treatment to temporarily alleviate the tightness and pain.

Other physios usually stop once treatment is given, provide vague exercises to help improve the targeted areas and don't delve into explaining why or what is happening (plainly explaining - without using too many technical terms). However, Rosa has been the exception, going beyond and provides me information on why I am experiencing pain and how the exercises will help.

I'm a very busy person and eventually decided to start doing PT sessions - one of Rosa's greatest strengths is that she understands me well well, tailors programs according to my needs and lifestyle and is a great motivator when I am in a slump or when the busyness gets to me.

Thanks for the great service Rosa!
